Allison, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, is always on top of the latest trends and fashion forecasts. Her design esthetic focuses on recreating vintage pieces to reflect the style and elegance of women today. Aside from a busy schedule as a designer, Allison is the proud mother of Alexandra Luisa, the baby girl that inspired the name Lexi Lu.

Melissa, a designer and creator of murals, ornaments, and just about anything beautiful that provides a natural canvas ensures that each Lexi Lu piece is handcrafted with the finest ingredients that are so vital to the collection. Melissa leads the day to day management of the company and ensures that each Lexi Lu girl is inspired not only from the product, but through to the packaging and the delivery. Also, a mother and wife, Melissa enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two girls, Katrina and Isabella, as well as, her wonderful husband.
