Ordering

To place a Lexi Lu order, you may call us at 732-216-6369 with a Visa or Mastercard and we will process it immediately, including any special promotions. Or you can place an order through the shopping cart via Paypal. By entering a promo code at checkout and clicking redeem, the discount will be automatically applied. Shipping and Handling

Each Lexi Lu piece is made to order, so your purchase will be shipped in 1-4 weeks (depending on availability). We use priority mail or overnight express mail to ensure delivery.

Priority Mail 2-3 days

1-6 pieces $7.00

7-12 pieces $14.00

Overnight Express Mail add $15

Sales Tax

If your package is being shipped within New Jersey, we must charge 7% sales tax.

Return or Exchange

If unsatisfied with your selection, you may return your purchase in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the shipment date for an exchange or refund. All custom-made pieces are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sizes

Each Lexi Lu is created to achieve a certain look, so sizes vary according to the design. Most Lexi Lu designs are at least 16 inches long. Exceptions are choker style pieces that are 13 - 15.5 inches long. Size adjustments are an additional charge of $10 per inch added. If a design needs to be shortened, there is an $8 adjustment charge.

4-6 necklaces = 10%

7-9 necklaces =15%

10 or more = 20%

Special Orders

We love to create special pieces just for you. If you desire a specific color or style, tell us your ideas and we'll take care of the rest. E-mail or call to discuss custom-made designs. It usually takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.
